St. George - Day 1

We actually made it to St. George ahead of schedule this time. I can't say that's ever happened before. It's the first time I got everyone's bags packed at a decent hour the day before, usually I'm up almost all night packing.. only get a couple hours of rest.. pack the car in the morning when we're supposed to be leaving and leave late. This time we were packed and the car was mostly loaded the night before allowing us to get a normal nights rest & get up early to leave! 

 Every year we always meet up first thing with Grandma & Grandpa to exchange Valentines!

After lots of hugs & kisses with Grandma & Grandpa we went to our hotel to check in, get settled and let the kids go swimming while it was nice and warm out! Unfortunately there was a storm blowing in and the next two days were going to be chilly and rainy. 

Tanner was so excited to show me how he could swim under water!!!

Kynlee loved feeling where the water shoots out into the pool with her hand!
She thought it was so funny and kept giggling about it over & over...

After swimming, we met back up with Grandma & Grandpa for a late lunch/early dinner at Chuck-a-Rama and then we all went back to the hotel room to visit and watch a movie together! After they left to go back to their trailer for the night we grabbed all the kids and made a late night sonic run for drinks and bought some microwave popcorn, bottled water & snacks at Walmart.
