Yellowstone: Day 1

Day 1:

Saturday, Pioneer Day.. we woke up, had a light breakfast at the trailers, broke camp and started on our way to Yellowstone National Park! Again... it was another gorgeous day to be traveling!

After visiting Old Faithful... we went to Fishing Bridge to set up camp! When we were turning in we saw a bison!

Jackson Hole: Days 1 & 2

Day 1:


Last Thursday we left on our trip for Jackson Hole & Yellowstone! We went with my parents, my brother, his wife and all of their kids. We had so much fun!!!


We left early Thursday morning, stopped for McDonald's breakfast in Evanston, WY continued on and made the traditional stop for lunch in Star Valley, WY and then onto Jackson! It was a beautiful day and the drive was gorgeous.. In Jackson we stayed at The Virginian, the place my family always stays whenever they're in Jackson Hole. 


We were the only ones who stayed in a hotel room at The Virginian since we've outgrown our trailer.. the rest of everyone stayed in the RV park. Now that I think about it, we actually could've taken our trailer and just slept some of the kids in everyone else's trailers.. kinda like we did in Yellowstone where we split up 2-2 & 2 and bunked up in my parents, Steve & Kim and Taylor & Alisha's trailers. 


Once we got there, checked in and all settled.. we took the kids swimming for a while, rested and then went out to Bubba's for dinner!

Day 2:

Friday we woke up and headed back over to Bubba's for breakfast.. can't miss breakfast at Bubba's! Then we went into town to shop and look around for awhile. After that we went back to The Virginian to cool off and take naps before going to the Bar J Chuckwagon Supper & Western Music Show with the Bar J Wranglers, also another tradition, never go to Jackson without going to the Bar J it's barrels of fun!!!
