-FAMILY PHOTOS, HAPPY BIRTHDAY and a VINTAGE CHRISTMAS CARD-

Well.. we got our family photos back and even though McKynlee was crying in every picture {which I already knew she would be} they still turned out pretty good considering! Oh! ..and Chandler and Tanner were in major need of a haircut, Marcus' cold sore was still healing, Chandler had a split lip and it was cold and windy too! Haha-
You know what though.. it's like my friend Kim said, they're all good because we're all in them together no matter whose kicking and screaming, who could really use a haircut or how cold and windy it was outside.. and she's right!!! So I picked a few for a Christmas card that I'm really excited about since I haven't sent out any Christmas cards with a family photo in years.

All I want for Christmas... is an old-fashioned vintage Christmas!

{vintage Christmas photos from photobucket}

Isn't this the most gritty, vintage Christmas picture you've ever seen... I'm smitten by it, I could just sit and look at it all the day long... it makes my heart go pitter-patter, reminds me of the magic of Christmas as a child & gives me a feeling of peace.

Anyhoo-- you can visit "all things gritty" if you wanna take a peek through my cozy little house at Christmas time!
