Summer Rock Band {FROON}

Marcus & Chandler started learning to play the drums and the guitar earlier this year and when summer came around they decided to put their skills to use in a rock band class. The name of their rock band was "Froon." They came up with that because they met on Fridays @ noon! They started classes and learning songs in June and at the end of August they performed in the rock band concert!

It was so fun to watch them up on stage playin' songs in a rock band! Now I can't wait until the next time I get to see them up there. They played five songs, Wild Thing, The Middle, Warning, Twist & Shout and Three Little Birds. Marcus sang Three Little Birds. They did such a good job!

They just started up their fall rock band session a few weeks ago and their new band is called The Flaming CJ's! In addition to their end of semester rock band concert in January they are going to be playing in a New Year's Eve gig too! Can't wait... it's gonna be fun to see them perform again!
